Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble thiamine precursor which will transform to active ThDP form of vitamin B1 in our body. Benfotiamine is clinically tested to have 5x better absorption with 3.6x higher bioavailability than regular thiamine. Besides, it can stays up to 7 days retention in our body.
